• INFORMATION FOR RE-ENROLLMENT & TUITION ASSISTANCE

  
  

  DCA parents:

  Here at Dayspring, the office staff and administration has been busily preparing for the 2012-2013 school year. The most important step in this process is timely re-enrollment. We have classes that will likely be full.

  RenWeb, the school management software Dayspring has implemented, allows you and us to simplify the process by re-enrolling online. (If you do not have a computer, you can either use a computer at a public library, the DCA school library, or call Kelley Launer at 584-2580 to schedule a time to use the computer in the office.)

  Our students and our parents are the primary beneficiaries of a timely re-enrollment process. The more time we have to plan, the more effective and efficient we can be in delivering a premium, quality education in the next school year.

  Everything is done online except for the following 3 items:

  • DCA Re-enrollment Agreement
  • DCA Combined Signature Release Form
  • $250 Re-registration fee (Optional Registration Payment Plan: I/We would like to sign up for the registration fee 3 month payment plan. My/Our 1stpayment of $100.00 is included with this form and I/We will pay $100.00 p/month (March June) for a total of $300. I understand that if I do not fulfill these payments, my child's spot could be in jeopardy.)

  RE-ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Please go to RenWeb and sign in as you normally would do
  • Click on the Family Information bar in the left hand column
  • Select Re-enrollment
  • Follow the step-by-step instructions

  When you are going through the re-enrollment forms, all the information we have in RenWeb will be shown. All you need to do is either add missing information or make corrections if information has changed.

  TUITION ASSISTANCE

  This is also the time to apply for tuition assistance for next year. You can find the application on-line at www.cfslogin.com and the school ID is 01151. The deadline for priority applications is April 1st. If you have questions about tuition assistance, please contact Cheri Morgan in the Business Office at 970-584-2582.
