• Child care group leader / lead teacher

  Qualifications:

  1. Be at least 18 years old
  2. Be a mature, born-again Christian with a positive & upbeat attitude
  3. Be a person who enjoys being with and supervising children
  4. Be a person who Biblically and effectively resolves conflicts with children and parents
  5. Be Group Leader Qualified (Lead Teacher) meeting standards as presented by the State of Colorado
  6. Be professionally prepared as a childcare provider of young children, especially in the field of early childhood education
  7. Be a sensitive and mature individual who can communicate well with parents as well as children
  8. Possess a current First Aide/ CPR card at hire date
  9. Be cleared by a CBI background check at Dayspring's expense

  • Education is active, not passive, and that a variety of hands-on opportunities promotes learning
  • God has given the primary responsibility for children's education to the parents, who are the most significant adults in a child's life and that the home is the most important factor in a child's development. The school represents the parents and will always strive to support and complement the Biblical goals of the family in order to promote the healthy development of children

  Wage: $7.63/hour less 5% economic recession concession = $7.25/hour
