    BIO:

I am a Greeley native and graduated from Greeley Central High School. I began working at a local real estate office as part of the office education program in high school and continued to work there for another year after graduating. I began working at UNC as a receptionist and continued in the same office for eighteen years with various responsibilities until I resigned to stay at home with our daughter. I began volunteering in our daughter’s classroom at Dayspring and later volunteered in the library, and accepted the part-time media assistant position at DCA in 2007. I love reading and books and enjoy being in the library.

    Faith and Learning Statement:

I was blessed to be raised in a Christian home and can’t remember a time that I did not know that Jesus loved me and chose to live on earth and die for my sake. As a young teenager I began to make that faith a more real and personal commitment and was confirmed and joined my church. As a young adult I truly came to learn that Jesus wanted the best for me and my life and began to trust him with more and more of my dreams for my life and future. He has faithfully walked beside me through joys and sorrows and I depend on Him!

Nothing is more important to me as a mother than to know that my children are learning to view the world around them and the experiences this life brings from the foundation of life in Christ Jesus. With so many other ideas and philosophies abounding in our culture, I can think of no better investment than having their educational experiences grounded in a Christian worldview.
